ミリスが移転してから初めてです。カレーの他ビリアニもあるようです。
チキンビリヤニ税込1100円を注文しました。
まずはキャベツのサラダから。しばらく待ってビリヤニがきました。
こちらのビリヤニはインディカ米ですが長いインディカ米の間に沢山の短い粒のような穀物があります。
さて実食です。ビリヤニとしては、ハーブの香りが穏やかな方で、木の根のような塊は見えません。。ハーブの木の根があると口の中から取り出しが面倒ですが、それがないので食べやすいです。しかしハーブの強烈なインパクトはありません。チキンなのですが骨つきではなく切り身が入っています
食後にインディカ米の間にある粒のような穀物が何か聞いて見ました。これはインディカ米が割れて壊れたもので、他の穀物を混ぜたわけではないとのことでした。半分以上割れている感じですね。
私としてはここのはスパイス控えめで食べやすいビリヤニでした。
