同僚との八王子のハイキングの後、反省会でこの八王子駅北口近くの焼肉店に来ました。お店を選んだのは私ではありません。土曜日の夜で、幹事が予約していました。
いちばん安い飲み放題はビール無しでした。それじゃ困るので、ビール有りの飲み放題にしました。
生ビールを注文し、カルビやキムチ等を注文。焼き器はガスのロースターでした。タレは甘いタレと塩ダレのみが置いてありました。タレがシンプルなのは、肉に自信が有るのかな。
カルビは軟らかくて、おいしかった。ハツは軟らかいけど、良い歯応えで、これもおいしかった。
○○２人前と注文すると、２人分を１つの皿に盛られて出てきました。テーブルのこっちと向こうに置きたいときは、１人前を２回注文しましょう。
いろいろと飲み食いし、ワイワイ楽しみました。楽しかった。
