八王子の焼肉店で真っ先にオススメしたいのがここ。八王子駅北口を出て、ヨドバシカメラを少し越えたところにあるよ。
「神泡のザ・プレミアム・モルツ<香る>エール」
まずはビールで乾杯！この店の生は香るエール。爽やかな風味が焼肉に合いそうだ。たくさん飲みたい人はあらかじめメガジョッキで注文するといいかも。
「キムチ(白菜、カクテキ、オイキムチ)」
必ず食べるキムチ。白菜、大根、きゅうりの定番キムチだよ。
「チョレギサラダ」
チョレギサラダは結構ボリューミー。2、3人で食べてちょうどいいサイズ。
「生タン」
肉はまずはタン。何枚かはさっと炙って、何枚かはカリッと焼いて楽しむよー！
「ハラミ」
厚切りのハラミは、じっくり焼いて、あとでハサミで切っていただきまーす！わさびで食べるとGood！
「伝説炙り隼ロース」
このお店のロースを食べて、焼肉で好きな部位は「ロース」って言うようになったよ。それぐらい美味しい。さっと炙って食べるのがポイント。焼き過ぎは厳禁！
「シビレ」
ホルモンも美味しいんだけど、特に美味しいのがこのシビレ。ぷるんとほわほわ。よくフォアグラのようだと表現されるけどほんとにそう！
「ミノ」
コリコリ食感のミノ。さっきのシビレとは正反対の食感でこれまたうまいー♪
「コプチャン」
牛の小腸であるコプチャンは大きめサイズでの提供。そのまま焼いてあとで切って食べるよー！甘い脂が最高！
「冷麺」
〆には冷麺をチョイス。
全体的に高くない値段設定だけど味の質は最高。八王子で焼肉食べるならここをまずオススメするなー
