土地勘があまりないのでよくわかりませんが、15時過ぎに八王子をウロウロしていたら17時までランチをやっていると書いてあったので迷わず入りました
赤肉定食か白肉定食で悩みましたが、焼肉というよりはホルモン気分だったので白肉定食にしました
注文後は、サクッと着皿です！
さて、お味は…
焼肉皿の内容はホソ塩・とまらないあご肉・幻のハラミ・赤セン・ウルテ・角切牛心(ハツ)らしいですが、よくわからない部位ばかりですね
この中では、ホソ塩こと小腸が一番美味かったですね
脂がスゴくて、しっかり焼いても蕩けるような食感が堪りません！
その脂のスゴさ故に、網に乗せた瞬間から火柱が立つので気をつけましょう
あと、インパクト大なのがウルテ
どうやら、気管らしいですね
味気なく、コリコリした食感を楽しむものなのでしょうか
決して美味しい訳ではないですが、印象に残る部位でした
ボリュームもあり満足な定食ですが、ご飯大盛りの量がやや物足りなかったかなぁ〜
ランチって全店やっているんでしょうかね？
しかも、17時までやっているなら夕方のランチ難民になった時は優先して探してしまいそうですね
