餃子好きなので以前から開店したのは知ってましたが、餃子酒場に12時半ごろに初訪問しました。
店内には女性3人のグループが飲んでいました。すぐ近くにあるとりいちず酒場や餃子の王将や中華食堂一番館や日高屋等のチェーン店や麻婆酒場や一平ラーメン等があり、安飲み中華と安中華ランチが激戦状態になっています。
この日は、3種類の餃子の盛り合わせ定食850円税込か冷やし麺セット3種類750円の中から選ぼうと思い、冷やしジャージャー麺と焼餃子5個の冷やし麺セットにしました。
他の麺セットには冷やし中華醤油麺セットや冷やし担担麺セットもあります。さらに500円のランチが15種類や600円のランチが10種類と豊富にあります。
待っている間にセルフでジャスミン茶や烏龍茶を頂いてきます。さらに餃子のお皿に酢とタレと自家製辣油を使って餃子の準備をします。自家製辣油があるのはポイント高いです。
7、8分でまず冷やしジャージャー麺セットが、続いて焼餃子が提供されました。ミニサラダ、漬物、グレープフルーツ、がついています。麺のボリュームはたっぷりだし、焼餃子もやや大き目です。
まずは餃子からいただきます。しっかりとした餡と肉汁も混じって美味しいです。続いてジャージャー麺の肉味噌と錦糸玉子とキュウリの千切りをしっかりと混ぜてから頂いてきます。まずまず美味しいです。後半は自家製辣油を投入して辛味を増していただきました。こちらの方が美味しいです。
リーズナブルな冷やしジャージャー麺と焼餃子をご馳走さまでした。
