野菜ふんだんでヘルシーな印象だが、一般向けに調整されている感があって、ベトナム料理店の怪しさは皆無。
料理のビジュアルは、ベトナムフレンチを意識するかのように品良い印象で、女性受けするだろう。
ハス茶が出されるのは魅力。
フォーが中心のセットを避けて、
定番青パパイヤのサラダと、ゴイクォン（生）、チャージョー（揚げ）、チャージョー・トム（エビ入揚げ）、バィンクォン（蒸し）の春巻四種の盛り合わせをオーダー。
春巻は食べ易いサイズで供され、グルマンには若干物足りないサイズ感か。
鼻腔に香りが残るような香辛料は抑えられており、パクチーなども追加オーダーしてアレンジできるようになっている。
食後のベトナムコーヒーは、ベトナム料理店で出される練乳これでもか！の白黒コントラスト大きいものではなく、練乳量は抑えられて、必要充分な甘さ程度になるよう調整されている。
全体的に美味だが、セレオ内にある無難な印象に抑えられていることが惜しい。
とはいえ、清潔な店内で、手軽にベトナム料理を食せるとあって、ターミナル駅ビル内では貴重な存在といえる。
