今日は、というか最近、無性に坦々麺が食べたくて此方に伺わせていただきました。
中華そば 一六食堂
東京都八王子市小宮町９１９−１１
本来は八王子ラーメンのお店なのですが、最近になって坦々麺がメニューに加わったということで、それを狙っての訪問です。
坦々麺 (¥1000)
まだメニュー表、券売機には表記がありませんが、チャーシュー麺の券を買って口添えしての注文になります。
美味しいですね、一六さんの坦々麺
穏やかな味と香りの、優しい坦々麺です。
口当たりは濃厚ですが、本来が八王子ラーメンのスープが下地にあるので、舌触りはあっさりしています。
辛味は少なく、円やかな印象がピッタリ。
胡麻の風味はかけられている擂り胡麻から。山椒の香りは隠し味程度。
坦々麺としての華やかさはありませんが、クセのない風味は万人受けされる仕上がりです。
1000円という価格には少し高めな印象ですが、具沢山な内容と丁寧な作りには納得です。
穴あきのレンゲも嬉しいアイテム。
追い飯もお願いしてしっかりと食べ切りたい坦々麺でした。
