20220.03【来訪】JR中央線八王子駅に隣接するセレオのレストラン街にあるお店。安心安全素材にこだわったオーガニックレストラン。平日の夜に来訪。大半がセットメニューで、メインを選んで、ごはん、味噌汁、サラダ、副菜がついてます。今回は車麩のから揚げをチョイスしましたが…なかなか美味！生姜醤油の味付けで外サクサクで中ふんわり。お肉じゃなくても十分な満足感。ごはんは玄米ご飯。味噌汁は豆の風味の残る野菜の味噌汁。美味しかったのは…野菜類。キャベツ炒め、ニンジンサラダ、生野菜。どれも野菜の風味がしっかりあって…いいかも。野菜たっぷりで…こういう食事がいいんだろうなって思いました。白和え風の小鉢も濃厚で美味。食事バランスを振りかえる機会になりました！車麩がきにいりました。
