セレオ八王子のレストラン街のお店です。比較的すいているので入りやすいですね。
こちらは、体にいいものを毎日食べよう、みたいなコンセプトのお店です。
ご飯は無農薬の玄米、野菜も無農薬が90％、お肉お魚は国内産、白砂糖不使用など。
まあ、白砂糖は取りすぎなければ、体に悪いというエビデンスはないと思うのですが、まあいいか。
とにかく、体にいいらしいです。
そういうわけで、ちょっと味付けが物足りないとか思うことはある亜もしれませんが、
品数も一杯取れるし、なんか食べただけで健康になった気がしますね。
日頃ちゃんとしたものを食べてない人は是非通ってみては。
