午後イチで八王子の業者さんに訪問。
となれば、八王子ランチを堪能しようと11:30に集合。
駅近で探すと駅ビルのセレオ9階が出て来るのだが、その後の移動も考えると使い勝手が良い。ただ全般的に高めな印象。
で今回は、オーガニックフードを謳われているこちらを選択。
ナチュラルで明るめの綺麗な店内。
メニューは身体思いが伝わる品々で、この時点でもう美味しい。
セットはご飯が付くので、残すのも憚られるため、単品で3品を発注。
季節野菜のグリル 甘酒味噌ソース
根菜系が多種で、グリルというよりローストされているようなテイスト。味付けも優しく、味噌のソースを絡めるとまたグンバツに良き。
ポタージュスープ
熱々かと思ったら冷めているタイプ。こちらもまた優しく、ジャガイモのふんわり感がとても良き。
車麩の唐揚げ
このお店に来るのを決定付けたメニュー。これを必ず頼む、という投稿を見かけてとても興味があった。
確かに唐揚げで、鶏肉ではなく車麩。カリッとしていたテクスチャーが良い。5個は少し油っこさが気にはなったが。
ともかく、全てのメニューが魅力的で、再訪の価値はあると。
