京八駅前の行きつけのもつ鍋屋（九州魂）が閉店してしまったので、新規開拓です。
こちらのお店はもつ鍋の専門店です。
こちらのもつ鍋は、こく味噌、あごだし醤油、黒胡椒塩、味噌チゲから選べます。
今回は塩にしました。
もつ鍋は、鍋が浅すぎてちょっと使いずらいですね。なんかすぐあふれそうで。
ただ、もつは大振りで脂ものっていて、これはおいしい。
ポテトサラダは、トッピングがカリッとしていていいですね。
サラダは量が多くてうれしい。冷ややっこは、たれがいい味出してます。
もつ鍋以外も割といいですね。
なかなか楽しめました。また行くかもしれません。
