Four of my work colleagues and I visited Yakitori Takazawa, which is a 4-minute walk from Hachioji Station. (1st floor of the multi-tenant building diagonally in front of Don Quijote) Make a reservation in advance using the course. This time, we would like to offer [Takazawa course + premium all-you-can-drink included] a luxurious free-flow plan (weekdays, Monday to Thursday only) for 7,500 yen (tax included) that includes the owner's special dishes, yakitori skewers, and 13 dishes + almost all menu items. did. The inside of the restaurant is beautiful and clean, and there are counter seats in the front and 2 table seats for 4 people in the back.This time we had a table seat. First, a nice smiling female clerk asked us about our drinks, and at the same time as we ordered, the course meal started. The chawanmushi came out first, but I mistook it for chicken soup, and even when I sipped it, the soup didn't go into my mouth at all, so the viscosity was amazing! When I tried to put it together with a spoon, it turned out to be chawan mushi (chawan mushi). When I regained my composure, it was rich and delicious♪ Next, the [Jidokko] Prosciutto came out, and it had a good texture and the flavor of chicken. It was delicious♪ We also had Grilled skewer, shiitake mushrooms, liver mousse, and mini salad. I think the course meal alone is 4,800 yen.The menu says it's a Hachioji vegetable salad, but it's a shame that it's so mini that you could eat it in one bite if you tried hard enough, and it only contained leaves. Overall, the customer service from the female staff was good, so I gave it a 0, but I was not impressed with the food except for the chawanmushi. I think the chicken Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot) or Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl)) to finish the meal would make you feel fuller and more satisfying, but since it's branded chicken and has a slightly more stylish feel, I think it's a bit pricey. It's not too loud, so the price is worth it. I think this is a convenient restaurant for those who want to relax and eat Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers). Thank you for the meal.
