We had an early year-end party in Hachioji, and it was Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) where you can enjoy Hakata cuisine, so I'm really looking forward to it. It was my first time to eat Hakata cuisine at Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), and since then I've become a fan of its deliciousness. This time, there were four of us in a private room. For the toast, we chose Sapporo Black Label for ¥550. Sapporo is really good, isn't it? It's more than just delicious, it's delicious! We ordered two sets of three dishes of your choice for ¥1,000. Each dish was ¥430, so it felt like a great deal. Chicken wasabi, boiled chives, mustard-dressed rape blossoms, quail seasoned egg, chilled eggplant, seared mackerel I wondered if it was a little too much? Sesame yellowtail ¥780 - The amount is good enough to enjoy the sake to the fullest, and many Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) are too salty, but this izakaya has just the right balance of umami and saltiness, and I was in awe of this good Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) Assortment of 3 kinds of horse sashimi ¥1,680 - After all, horse sashimi is an essential part of Hakata cuisine The condiments were also perfectly prepared and the horse sashimi was delicious Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) Mentaiko and grated yam Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) ¥1,980 - This might be my favorite food in the world?
