食材の種類をかなり絞っており、流用するメニューが多め。
例えば生のカニと焼き、ブリの刺身としゃぶしゃぶなど、同じ食材を違う調理法で出しラインナップが多くなっています。
自家製商品の味付けは良く、刺身も含水率は調整してあり魚の扱いや料理の基本を知っている方が切り盛りしています。
少々気になったのは店内の雰囲気、無音のＴＶが流れ激し目のＢＧＭが流れているので
和と少し異なる印象でした。
カウンター席もそれほど落ち着ける雰囲気では無かったのでテーブル席がオススメかもしれません。
