八王子駅北口を夕刻に散策しているとき、雑居ビル３Fにベトナムレストランの看板を発見しました。新店舗ですので早速訪問しました。
店内はベトナム人で半分以上埋まっていて、その後パラパラと日本人も来店です。メニューを眺めてランチタイムメニューもあるようですが、まずはベトナム風のコブクロホルモン炒めロントー1050円にしました。
10分ほどで提供されたメニュー写真はパクチートッピングでしたが、実際には分葱に変わってました。ベトナム風の複雑な調味と相まってコリコリのコブクロがまずまず美味しく、次回はランチメニューにも挑戦したいと思います。ブンフォーフエという肉系のフォーがあるので。
