2023.01【来訪】JR中央線八王子駅北口から徒歩数分！平日の15時過ぎに来訪。ビルの２階にあるお店！店内は清潔感があり、ちょっとしたカフェのおもむき。但し、牛骨スープか何かの微妙な匂いがして、ハノイの飲食店にいる気分。苦手な人はダメかもしれません。と…こちらのお店は16時までランチメニューという良心的なお店。今回は鶏のフォー、生春巻き半分、揚げ春巻き1個、デザート付きで890円！さらに、提供されなかったけど…アイスコーヒーもついているらしい。生春巻きは野菜がギュウギュウに詰まってシャキシャキニラが美味。揚げ春巻きは揚げたてサクサク。塩味控えめで思いのほかさっぱり。鶏のフォーは平麺で透きとおったスープが美味。生姜のアクセントですっきりいただけます。夜はカエルやイノシシ、豚のコブクロ等のメニューもあり、本格的！ベトナム珈琲やデザートのチェーも充実しているので…次回は夜に使用したいと思います。ランチは安くて美味しかった！
