八王子の磯沼ミルクファームの西側にプレオープンしたカフェです。
入口を入って正面が『磯沼ミルクファームMILK STAND』
左側は多摩・八王子で14店舗ほど展開しているBASEL洋菓子店の『FARM BASEL』となっていました。
カフェの『FARM BASEL』では磯沼ミルクファームの乳製品や、中西ファームの採れたて野菜を使ったメニューがあり、店内では中西ファームの野菜の販売もしていました。
Grand Openは10月8日、基本的には無休のようです。現在はプレオープンのため行った日は『FARM BASEL』は休みとなっていました。
『MILK STAND』
みるくの黄金律ソフトクリームはプレオープン期間限定で特別価格420円となっています。メニュー以外では以下のものが販売されていました。
・しょうがのマフィン
・ヨーグルトとグランベリーのスコーン
・ミルクプリン３種類
(ベリーミックス、紅茶シロップ)
・ジャージークラウンプリン
・牛乳やヨーグルトなど
その他、ミルククッキーやうしサブレ、
みるくワッフル、みるくバウム、マドレーヌなどの販売もしていました。
