和の風情、和の心
山間の澄んだ空気と静寂の中で時間を忘れて一品一品じっくりと味わう懐石料理。 |
結婚10周年を記念して、ちょっとした贅沢として来訪。
予約の時間まで少しあるので、それまでお庭を散歩。
庭は綺麗に整備されており、錦鯉も優雅に泳いでいて、
我々も食事までのひと時を優雅に過ごすことがでました。
予約の時間となり、離れまで案内をしていただいたところ、
二人でお食事するには大きなお部屋でした。
お食事は離れまで給仕さんが運んでくれ、
綺麗に整備された庭を眺めながら、気兼ねなく会話を楽しみながら食事をすることができます。
食事は綺麗な器に盛られ、どれも美味しくいただけるとともに、見た目でも楽しむことができました。
我々は「鮠のから揚げ」というのは食べたことがなく、美味しくいただくことができました。
最近は、育児・仕事で忙しく、なかなか二人の時間をとれなかったため、
久々に二人でゆっくり会話と食事を堪能することができました。
また、何かの記念の時に再訪したいと思います。
料理が美味しく、お酒で良い感じになってしまい、
全ての料理の写真が撮れませんでした。
