高尾山に登ってみました。
駅近くに「とろろそば」ののぼりが何軒も。
そして麓でも途中の茶屋でも山頂でもとろろそば推しのようです。
なので、登る前から昼はとろろそばと決めてました。
歴史がある店、中の雰囲気もいいです。
15分ほど待ち、座敷の席へ。
注文は「とろろそば大盛り 1250円」
コシ強めで細めのそば、美味い！
麺にもとろろ芋使ってるんですね。
とろろには鶉の卵とじゅんさい、適度な粘りで美味い！つゆとよく合う！
大盛りでも、あっという間に食べてしまいました！
