カロリーデトックスに高尾山へ
6号路から攻め 4号路 2号路付近から下山
良き運動した 因みに山頂付近で缶ビールで
乾杯したのは煩悩の勝利ではなく
登ったことへのご褒美である
さて下山し暑いのでこちらのソフトクリームに
惹かれて
和栗のソフトクリーム@400
おおおう 暑い中頑張った甲斐がある
クールダウン 甘いは正義
ほのかに栗の風味って感じです
脳が糖分不足なのか
もみじ焼餅 5個入り@900を
お土産で購入
帰宅してオープン 結構ずっしり
軽めの梅ヶ枝餅くらいを想像していたが
がっつり大福である
パクリ 外の餅が柔らかくとても良い
そして中のあんは粒あんで甘さも良い
美味しいなこいつ
焼きなので上下に焼き目がついてますが
香ばしさは感じないもう少し香ばしさが
あってもいいかも
とういかカロリーデトックスしに行ったんでは。。
