高尾駅から甲州街道を高尾山方面に約300m。
ひっそりと、キレイとは言えない小さなラーメン屋があります。
登山帰りのお客さんもたまにいるのですが常連客が圧倒的に多いお店です。
以前、この近所に住んでいて週2回は通ってました。
今でも、八王子方面にくると遠回りしてでも寄ります。
いつも食べていたのは肉野菜炒め定食。
本当に美味しいんです。
このお店以上の肉野菜炒めを食べたことがありません。
具材は、豚肉、白菜、キャベツ、ネギ、人参、ピーマン。
本格中華なので一度素揚げしてから炒めるので、野菜がシャキシャキしています。
味付けは塩、胡椒、醤油などではなく、中華な深い味です。
他の料理も何を食べても美味しい！
