鉄分摂取の為、今日もレバニラを喰らう。
歌詞とは矛盾しているが豚レバーを食す。
ホントに営業してるのかと思えるほどの年期の入った外観、まぁ、店内もそうなのだが‥。
高尾山がミシュランやら何やらで、もてはやされなければ、この辺りはどうなっていたのだろうか？
とにもかくにも、店内に入り、
｢レバニラ定食下さい！｣と注文。
またしても、レバニラは定食メニューにはなく、一品料理にしかなかった。
注文は通ったんで問題なし(^ω^)
待っている間店内を見回していると、貼り紙にありましたレバニラ定食️
揚げタイプレバー、
５：５の割合でニラ：もやし、
醤油多目の黒めの炒めダレ、
王道の中華屋さんスープ、これがかなり好みの味！
そして、黄色４号の沢庵！！
いや～、
こういったお店で、
昼間からノンビリビールを飲みながらレバーをツマミたいものである。
早く、そんな日が来て欲しいと願うのであった。
