はるばる秋川まで。平日なのに人気の温泉。駐車場も空きが少ない・・・。お風呂を終えて、冷たいものでもとずずずっと奥に進むとカフェを見つけ。冷たいものでもと思ったら、もう閉店時間、ソフトクリームならとのこと。
お店の人も閉店前で焦っていたのか、私の声が小さかったのか「コーン」と言っても「カップ」？と3回ほど確認。ナプキンが欲しかったのだけど「スプーン」？とナプキンは結局、アルコール消毒のペーパーを使えとなんだか始終コミュニケーションが嚙み合わず。
でも外のテラスのリクライニングチェアで鳥のさえずりを聴きながら、ソフトクリームを食べると、そんな小さなことどうでもよくなりました。味は普通、お値段はちょっと高めかな？ごちそうさまでした。
