お店のロケーションは非常に分かりづらい。20号沿いに『炭火焼肉』看板はあるが、
肝心のお店はどこ？と、いつも車で疑問に思っていましたが、徒歩で訪問してみると、
すぐに見つかりました。川沿いの一軒家レストランといった感じですが、入ってみると、
焼肉店とは思えない清潔感、席も広々していて、ゆったり食事が出来ます。ですが・・・
最近２回訪問してみました。実家のある西東京市によく訪れるレベルの高いと思っている焼肉店２軒を
知っているので、どうしてもそちらと比べてしまいますが、お肉の品質、ボリューム感ははっきり言って
かなり劣ります。タンはまぁまぁでしたが、カルビは、かなり赤身感が強いイマイチなお肉でした。
テグタンスープも味付けに不自然な甘さが感じられます。一回目に食べたときは、お肉が入っていましたが、
２回目の訪問時には、お肉が一切入っていませんでした。こういうの、嫌いです。
この不安定さはどういうことでしょうか。
高尾界隈に良い焼肉屋を探していたのですが、ちょっと、微妙というところでしょうか。
