秋川の名店回り②

秋川で飲もうじゃないかというツアーの２軒目。
北口からまっすぐのびている通りを行った最初の大きな信号の角地に2013/8当時出来たばかりの居酒屋。
若い店員さんが頑張っている光景を思い出します。

このお店の売りは馬刺しと鶏のから揚げ。
お刺身は最初のお店で戴いたのでとりあえず鶏のから揚げを戴きました。
から揚げは１個が結構大きく良い感じの色で揚がってました。
でも美味しいけどちょっと油が気になったな。。あんまり良い状態ではなかった気がします。
あともう一品、炙り〆サバってのも戴きましたが、これもちょっと炙ったことで臭みを感じました。
私は他の３名より辛口なコメントになってしまいます。

でもお店自体の頑張るぞっていう意識は伝わりました。
きっとお客さんからの意見を受けたり、研究して美味しいものを提供してくれると良いなと。
せっかく角地で良い場所にお店を出したんだし、最近は秋川駅を起点に工場なども出来てきてるから
利用者が増えると良いですね。

秋川で飲むことはもう滅多にないかもしれませんが、また行く機会があったら寄りたいお店です。
