東青梅の住宅街の中にある、秘密のお店「ちゃんちき堂」さんです。
都心から離れた「青梅」に、出かけた時に立ち寄ったお店。
代表者久保田氏は地元で、ちょい有名人でテレビで紹介された事もある。
リヤカーを引いての販売からスタートした「ちゃんちき堂」さんです。

青梅の拘り卵を使った「シフォンケーキ」のテイクアウト専門店です。
数種類の「シフォン」の中から「柚子と紅茶シフォン」の２種類を購入する。

季節限定で、冬の代表格の「柚子シフォン」です。

定番商品で、国産無農薬のアールグレイの紅茶を使った「シフォンケーキ」です。

近くにある「塩船平和観音」の「つつじ園」は、花の名所として有名です。
園内の高台に、約20品種の2万本の「つつじ」が植栽されている。
早咲きの「つつじ」から、遅咲きの「つつじ」が順々に咲き誇ります。
更に、つつじに続き、初夏の紫陽花、山百合、秋の彼岸花、萩の花と続く。
