青梅駅から南西の方向（地図上）に向かっていった所にある、大学芋の専門店という、なんとも珍しいお店です。
本当に青梅大学ってのがあるのかと思うぐらい、笑撃的なネーミング。建物の一角、奥まった感じで存在しているので、お店そのものが目立つわけではありません。ただ、のぼりだとかはあるので、そういうので存在アピール。
店内にはイートインスペースも。大学芋カフェって感じですかね。注文したのは、『プレミアム大学芋』。3個入り320円です。6個540円、13個1080円（なぜこんな中途半端な個数設定なのかは知らんけど）。
注文を受けてから芋を揚げているので、少し時間はかかります。が、調理したてなので、まわりはカラッと、中はホクホク。食感の良い大学芋に仕上がっています。お芋の自然な甘みが伝わり、胡麻の風味もまた良い。大学芋のタレ（？）、一般的には甘みが強くくどいものですが、ここのタレはそんなに甘みが強くなく、芋の甘みを大切にしているように感じました。
