妻が大学いもが食べたいということで、近隣で大学いものお店を探した時に見つけたお店です。
たまたま立川のららぽーとに出店していたこともあり、こちらで購入しました。
屋号は一度聞くと忘れないような屋号ですね。
こちらのお店の大学いもはサツマイモの中心部分のみを使って作っているそうです。
一つ一つが同じ形で見栄えの良いものとなっています。
実際に食べてみると程よい芋の甘さが印象に残る一品ですね。こだわりの蜜も甘すぎず、くどくなく
程よい味わいで品の良い味わいだと思いますね！
