Had dinner for a meeting in Tottori city. Yakiniku (Grilled meat) again. I haven't found a bar with my favorite raw food around the hotel yet. I found one store that has parboiled senmai, but I'm looking to see if there are any others. I was looking at Tabelog menu and found a menu that caught my attention! Fresh grilled liver (lol) There was a person I was meeting for the first time eating with me, but I ignored him and made a reservation. There's even fresh grilled liver, fresh senmai, and yukhoe. Raw senmai and yukhoe are listed on the sashimi menu. The fresh grilled liver was quite tasty, and the staff reminded me to make sure it was grilled. The raw senmai sauce is spicy but delicious. I don't really like yukhoe, so I think a slice would be delicious. Other than that, the usual Akasen and large intestine are delicious and go well with the sweet sauce. At the moment, I think it's my favorite place in Tottori.
