総評
今回は鳥取の老舗洋菓子店ということで、こちらを訪問してみました。
こちらの目玉商品は生どら焼きだそう。
手に取ってみた結果、見た目は至ってオーソドックスなどら焼き。何も特別感はないですね。
中にはそれぞれ小豆、カフェオレ、煎茶の生クリームが一杯に敷き詰められています。
どうやら、この生クリーム仕立てというのが商品名に「生」が付く由来らしいですが、驚きはありませんし、まあ何ていうか別に捻りは無いですね...
味は、総じて無難に美味しかったですが、こちらも拘りやら老舗の矜持を感じることは出来ず、「生どら焼き」と大々的に打ち出すほどの大仰さは必要だったのかどうか、わたしには分かりません。
まあ地元民からの支持を受けているみたいなので、これはこれで良しとしましょう。
県外者のわたしがわざわざ口を挟む必要はありませんね。
結論から言えば、こちらのお店は地元民に愛されている街のスイーツショップと言ったところでしょうか。
