またまたかなり前の訪問分ですが…。
鳥取に移住してから知ったオレイン55。
これが本当に美味しいんです✧‧˚
ぜひ全国の人に知って欲しい!!
オレイン酸を55%以上含んだ
鳥取和牛のブランド牛の事なのですが、
神戸牛や松坂牛と同じように
オレイン酸を多く含んでいるから、
融点が低く、とろけるような味わいが特徴♡
そんなオレイン55︎︎☺︎
(↑ネーミングも好き!!)
鳥取市内でもいろんな焼肉屋さんで
頂けるのですが、今回はリニューアルされて
気になっていたこちらの
湖山大門さんにお邪魔しました。
お店の前の駐車場に車を停めて入店。
階段を上がると個室が並んでいました。
(感染症が気になる今でも安心ですね)
名物の極厚マンゴータンは残念ながら
売り切れでしたが、普通のタンも美味しい!!
大好きなカルビもお口に入れると
和牛の旨味と甘みがジュワッととろけます❤︎
サラッとした脂なので、
いっぱい食べても全く胃もたれしない✩
良い脂の証拠です!!
鳥取市内の湖山界隈の焼肉屋さんの中で
一番美味しかったなぁ︎︎♪♪
その後引っ越してしまったので、その後
行けていませんが、鳥取に行く機会が有れば
絶対に行きたいお店です!!
鳥取のお肉は本当に美味しいので、
