ALT burger
Probably the only gourmet burger shop in Tottori city. I knew it was a little expensive, so I came here for the first time. TV Tokyo's drama ``Joshi Gourmet Burger Club'' is currently being aired in Tottori, and I was checking it out as more of an information program than a drama, and I wanted to go. Looking at the menu, the prices are quite high. I feel that way even with domestic ground beef, but it's even better when using Tottori Wagyu beef. I ordered the ALT burger with domestic minced meat, a set of fries, and a cola (Pepsi). 1,530 yen If you look into the kitchen from behind the counter, wondering where the iron plate is, there doesn't seem to be any space that looks like an iron plate. Here, the patty was Teppan-yaki-grilled rather than teppanyaki. ALT Burger Avocado, lettuce, tomato. My choice was based on price and visuals, but I think something with more flesh would have been better. After all, you have to try the ``Shubido Burger'' made with 100% Tottori Wagyu beef. The menu also includes the "Crab Cream Croquette Burger" which is only available in December, and the "Xmas Fried Chicken Burger" which is only available from December 22nd to 27th, so I guess that means I'll be coming back two more times this month. Last time I was there, I checked out the "Xmas Fried Chicken Burger" as a Christmas limited burger. Limited menu from December 22nd to 27th. Ordered the Xmas fried chicken burger and fries set. 1,160 yen + 100 yen Daisen herb chicken slowly fried in a fryer. Unlike beef patties, which have a uniform thickness, fried chicken has thicker and thinner areas, giving it a different texture. The sauce is also suitable. And the fries here are also delicious.
