It seems to be a "creative Izakaya (Japanese-style bar)". When I look at the menu, I only notice chicken and egg dishes. What I ordered: Chawanmushi 480 yen (excluding tax) Dashi-maki egg 480 yen Grilled chicken thighs with grain mustard 650 yen chicken dish with salt sauce 100 yen each Dashi-maki egg seasoned not so sweet. Soft and moist. chicken dish flavored with salt sauce Thick and chewy chicken dish. The taste of the batter is good. 110 yen per bottle feels cheap. Chawanmushi soup stock is effective. Hot trottoro. Grilled chicken thighs with grain mustard This was the menu item I was most interested in, but it didn't have as much flavor impact as I expected. I want a spicy version of this. (Like the Mao Zedong spare ribs at Shanwei Main Branch) When I looked back at the photo later, I noticed that today's recommended menu on the black board included ``Fried Chicken with Spicy Mala Sauce'' and ``Fried Chicken with Hua Jiao''. I think that's how I felt. I actually wanted to end my meal with ``Horu Soba'', but I was full. Next time I come to the store, I'll be sure to order the ``salt sauce flavored chicken dish wings'' and other spicy chicken dishes.
