島根から福井へ帰郷中、鳥取に立ち寄りホット・エアーさんへ伺いました。
車で行ったんですがGoogleのナビで案内されるがままに行くと、なんか段々田園地帯に･･･。
田んぼは広がってくるわ、周りの家は農家さんらしい家ばかり、なんかのどかな田舎風景でこんな所に店があるのだろうか？？とナビが到着ですと言ったら確かにあった！！のどかな散髪屋さんの横でした^^;意外！
開店が11時15分で20分ぐらい前に到着、一番ノリでした。
開店を待ってると、続々とお客さんが･･･あっという間に行列になりましたね。
順番待ちは割とゆるい方で、一番ノリでしたが一番には入れませんでした。これってどうなの？？
ま、気を落ち着け「極み醤油ラーメン」を注文。すぐに到着しましたがビジュアルは美しい。
スープを飲んでみると上品で淡麗、確かに美味しい。
麺も若干茶色掛かっていて全粒粉かもしれないですね。
チャーシューは低温調理かな？柔らかいんですが中々かみ切れない。
豚は豚トロみたいで鶏は胸肉の様でした。（そんな感じがしただけ）
こだわりのあるラーメンだなと思いました。ご馳走様。
