鳥取生活も早4日目(8/20)の夜。
前日にInstagramの投稿にコメントが来ていて、是非うちに食べに来て下さい、と。
普段ならやり過ごすのだが、何せ右も左も分からぬよそ者故、寄らせてもらう事にした。
『呵呵旨』と書いて『かかし』と読むのだそう。
テーブルに通されたが、これが意外に狭い。
排煙口が垂れ下がっているのもあり、187センチの僕には上にも狭い。
『冷えている』というので、生ビールと、お薦めだというあこうの刺身と鳥取牛のヒレをオーダー。
ビールの冷えはまずまず。
だが、多少酸味を感じる。
レモンサワーに切り替え、またまたお薦めを聞いてサバ焼きをオーダー。
レモンサワーを2丁拳銃で頼んだのだが、2杯空にした時点でお通ししか届いていない。
クイックメニューの確認をして、いくつか頼んだ。
あこうの刺身だが。
そのまま食べたら水っぽく、多少生臭い。
生姜を薬味にすると臭みが消えて本来の旨味が出る。
鳥取牛のヒレは単純に肉が旨い。
追加でロースも頼んだ。
それ以外のメニューは、チェーン店の居酒屋でも食べる事が出来るレベル。
店長さん(社長さんだったかな？)が、『Instagramの方ですか？』と聞いてきた。
意外に若くてビックリした(笑)
総じて。
地元の客とよその客、どちらも楽しませるのはとても難しいと思うが、『人の魅力』があればお客は必ず着いてくるものだと思います。
