牛骨ラーメンと言う事だけど、とんこつのようには白濁しておらず鶏がらと香味野菜の味が強く感じる。最初のイメージは野菜がたくさん入ったコンソメスープ。
あっさりしてるスープだが塩味は結構強く味としては比較的濃厚。麺は博多のストレート麺をちぢれさしたような感じ。
チャーシューは豚の香りが強い厚切りもの1枚。その他の薬味、具材は普通でした。個人的にはごまは変なアクセントになるし食感が損なわれるのでいらないと思う。
麺を食べた後は白飯を入れておじや風。
刻みチャーシューが少し濃いめの味付けで食欲がそそられた。
