鳥取県中部の名物牛骨ラーメン屋さんです。炙りチャーシューやちょいツマミもあり、飲みにも対応出来ます。トッピングに木耳などなどあり、味の広がりを感じさせます。卓上に黒胡椒が有るので、途中味変したりしながら食べられます。勿論初回はそのままをオススメします。飲んだ帰りの身体に優しいスープです。
牛骨の微かな甘みの様なものも感じられます。
ラーメンはそれぞれの好みが有るかと思いますが、町を訪れる度に寄りたくなります。
