鳥取にきたら牛骨ラーメンたべにゃ
最初、赤瓦地区でトライしようとしたが行列で断念。その後、倉吉駅近くで探したらよいところがあつた。幸いにもちょうど列がない時にこれて即食べることができた。 帰りの電車に間に合う。o(^o^)o
ごっつおは他の種類のラーメン店も経営。ごっつおとしても鳥取に数店ある。ここは本店。
ごっつおは 方言で ご馳走様の意とのこと。
ごっつおラーメンが限定100食。店の名前のついた牛骨ラーメンなのでこれをトライ。価格は安めで700yen。
他にも数種類の牛骨らーめんあり。
スープは牛骨ベースに 若鶏、野菜で煮込んでいる。
半玉、きくらげ、小口ねぎ、チャーシュー、のりにしな竹。
ごまもかかっている。
麺はしなやかさを感じる、スープは透き通るあっさりしたもの。
他県にはない上品な味わいを楽しむことができました。
