When you think of Sanin, you think of crab! Tottori Prefecture seems to be running something called the Wel Crab Campaign. As always, the name is full of humor. I ordered the crab steamer lunch for ¥2,400. The crab shell is packed with the meat that has already been removed, so there is no need to worry about removing the meat. You can mix it with egg and rice to make crab rice, or you can eat it as Ochazuke（boiled rice with tea）. Either way, you can enjoy a luxurious crab experience. The sashimi and Tempura that came with it were ordinary, but the chawanmushi had crab in it and had a nice flavor. It was delicious and I was satisfied with the crab, but considering the price, the portion may not be enough for men. The store is an elegant place where you can take off your shoes and have a relaxing atmosphere. It seems to be popular with older people and families. Anyway, crab is in season now! ! !
