When it comes to French cuisine for special occasions in Yonago, this is the place to go. Restaurant: A Restaurants in a house opposite the Yonago District Court. The first floor is a casual Bistro, and the second floor is an authentic French cuisine Restaurants. The white tablecloths and red walls are accented with a nice atmosphere. Flowers are displayed everywhere, creating a great atmosphere. We were seated by a beautiful stained glass window on the second floor. On the second floor, we were served by a chic lady who looked like she belonged in a Parisian Bistro. Food: We booked the 7,000 yen course. The food was classic French cuisine. The taste was amazingly precise and the presentation was like a painting. The main ingredient on each plate was accompanied by colorful vegetables. It was hard not to wonder how much training the chef must have put into his work to serve such dishes. (The main beef dish was the best, but I was so excited by the volume and beauty of the dish when it was served that I forgot to take a photo. I wanted to look at the photo and think about it... Who was it that sang, "I want to kick myself back at that day"?) I was able to enjoy the food, which was perfected with every dish. Drinks: The wine list was made out of a business card folder. This was my first time seeing something like this, and I was impressed by how well thought out it was. This makes it easy to maintain even if the wines they carry change. Wonderful. I had a glass, but it seems she found out that I'm a heavy drinker because I kept getting refills, and each time I asked for a larger portion (lol). I can only be grateful to Madame. Summary: This is a restaurant where you can enjoy French cuisine without a doubt. While we were eating, I overheard Madame taking reservations by phone, but it seems that they are often fully booked, including for private parties. I recommend that you make a reservation early.
