鳥取県米子市西町90-3の店舗、ビストロの米子市：ビストロ・ド・スズキさんを攻めたいと思います。
今日の活動は米子市の西町周辺のランチとカフェタイムの撮影活動。指定したのが、再訪の一軒家のレストランさん。
来訪のとき先客の予約客がいらっしゃいました、後客もいらっしゃっると思うとワクワクする店内、予約客の賑やかな声で響いていました。
幸いにも伺ったときは、空いたテーブル席(予約席)を確保した感じでした。地元に定着するフランス料理店のビストロが人気のレストランさん、住宅街の中にありながら落ち着いた空間で窓からは米子城跡が一望できる。
気軽に立ち寄れる居心地が良い店舗さん。カフェとレストランが付設している、地元のレストランとして親しまれて地元客などで賑わっているレストランという印象を持ちました。私はテーブル席、ゆっくりしてから商品を注文して運ばれてきました。

何より輝くビストロが魅力的に写る店舗さんですね。
さて、食した料理を紹介。
前菜は自家製にこだわっていてとても食べ応え抜群で美味しかった。特に温野菜がおいしい、甘味と旨味が合わさった感じで食した瞬間においしさが倍増して食して良かった。
スープは、ちょうどいい温度で飲みやすい、濃厚でまろやかさの中に優しい味を包み込んだ感じで美味しいスープだった。
メインは肉料理(ステーキ)、甘酸っぱいソースに肉との相性抜群で肉が半熟で赤身が残っていて噛むのが楽しい、何より柔らかくてパンに合うのが嬉しい充分魅了されました。
