米子ANAクラウンプラザホテルの雲海で、鰻を出しているというので、お昼に行ってみた。
ホテルの料亭なので、入口から入って、庭の見える席に通される。注文は、もちろん、鰻重。
軽く蒸しを入れてから、表面と皮を炙った感じ。タレの感じもさらっとかけてあって、上品。
中はとろっとしていて、いい仕上がり。
誰が食べてもおいしいように、それでいて、ポイントは押さえた感じの鰻重。
出汁のよい肝吸いと、デザートがつく。これでセット。
