This is the fourth time I've explored a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant in Yonago City. This time, I went with my usual wholesaler Mr. N and another business partner Mr. O. Mr. O also knows Asahicho well because he often entertains clients due to his job. Other than Ichiboura, Ueba, and Kyoshotei, we went to this restaurant selected by Mr. O, who requested a restaurant that has fresh senbei and delicious horumon. We entered the restaurant around 7:00 p.m. and the tables near the entrance were full. There seemed to be seats in the back, so the staff was busy. Maybe because of the busyness, the drinks took a long time to come. The refills were also slow, which was quite irritating. I'm writing this log after some time has passed, so I remember... The meat turned out to be delicious, and the grilled oxtail left a lasting impression. It was my first time eating grilled oxtail, but the aroma and taste of the rib was a little tough, but the flavor was strong and it was a hit. The food was pretty good overall, but I don't think I'll go again.
