米子市美術館にあるフルーツカフェ サエキ。でもフルーツメニューじゃなくて、限定10食の野菜カレーがあると聞いて行ってみた。が、16時すぎだったので、ドアを開けて聞いてみたら、まだあるということで入店。
野菜カレーセットには、サラダとピクルスとドリンクがつく。
窓側の席に座ったので、目の前の空間が広い。
全部がトレーに乗って登場。サラダはドレッシングがたっぷりで、レタスとパプリカと紅芯大根。ピクルスは、にんじん、きゅうり、セロリ、紫キャベツ。カレーには、じゃがいも、さつまいも、にんじん、なす、パプリカ、ブロッコリー、えりんぎ、かぼちゃ、れんこんが乗っている。
野菜カレーは、食べてみると、ゆるい家カレーに、野菜がそのまま乗っている感じだけど、シンプルでいい。それにしても、スプーンがでかすぎる。口に入れるの大変。スープのようなルウがたっぷりで、これはうれしい。
