When I arrived in Yonago, my usual destination was closed due to the short time until the 3rd. All I do is the big box. I always eat fish, so I thought I might try some chicken once in a while, so I went to Yamauchi Farm next to the newly built hotel. I'm the only customer. For the drink, make it the ultimate lemon sour. Plenty in a big glass. Cabbage miso is served. We ordered Mentama, Bungo Takada chicken charcoal-grilled umami salt, Kurobuta pork grilled charcoal-grilled umami salt, and eel hitsumabushi style. I wanted to try Chikuho Hormone Yaki, but it was only for 2 people. First, I didn't think anything of it when Hitsumabushi Kaze was introduced. Apparently it's eel from Kagoshima. A light amount to eat. In the second half, add dashi soup. Mentama eats boiled eggs with mayonnaise and seaweed. The charcoal-grilled Bungotakada chicken is served on a hot iron plate. The taste is delicious. The same goes for the charcoal-grilled black pork with salt. I used the same umami salt, so I think it would have been better to change the flavor.
