蕎麦の神様とまで言われた高橋名人の弟子の蕎麦屋。
今まで10ヶ所ほど行き、こちらは初来店。
ちなみに藪原宿のおぎのやが好きで年数回は通う‥。
12時に店に到着すると、店の前の駐車場は満車。
看板に他の駐車場の地図が書かれていたので、番号を確認しむかう‥番号の書いてある駐車場が無く少し悩んだが、よく見るとかなり‥かなり薄っすら番号らしき文字。
とりあえず駐車し、店で確認するとOK^ - ^
店内は素晴らしく綺麗に清潔、コロナ対策か、席間が広くゆったりで安心。
ざるそばと田舎そばを注文。
ざるそばは細挽き細打ちの丸抜きで、喉越しがとても良い^ - ^
田舎そばは、粗挽きではなく、玄そばを少し混ぜて？挽いた感じの細挽きで、やや黒く太い蕎麦、風味はざるそばより強く、ポソポソ。
今まで食べた高橋名人の蕎麦屋で、1番長坂翁に近い感じがした蕎麦でした。
駐車場がややわかりにくいので、改善希望。
