こく旨特製醤油ラーメン
富山に出張で来まして、ランチは以前にも来ております『ラーメン一心』さんに行きました
お店に入りまして券売機で煮干しも気になりましたが、やはりこちらだなと思いまして、富山ブラックの『こく旨特製醤油ラーメン』をチョイスしました
席に着きさほど待たずに着丼しまして早速食べますと、鶏ガラメインの出汁に煮詰めた醤油ダレのスープは、富山ブラックの独特なしょっぱさはなく、むしろ深い味わいで、自家製ストレート麺もスープとの絡み具合が良く、具材の３種のチャーシュー･煮玉子もそれぞれがいい塩梅で、美味しい一杯でした
この日はフェーン現象の影響で、外は恐ろしいほどの暑さしたが、店内はクーラーが効いていたのも良かったですね

富山に日帰り出張に行きまして、帰りの新幹線に乗る前に寄りました『ラーメン一心富山駅前本店』さんです
こちらには数回訪問しておりますが、毎回ブラックラーメンを食べてまして、他のを食べたことがありませんでしたので、今回は気になってました『氷見煮干煮玉子ラーメン』をチョイスしました
席に着き他のメニュー等を眺めてますと5分程での着丼でした
早速食べてみますと、もっとニボニボした感じなのかなと思ってましたが、むしろあっさりした味わいながらしっかり煮干しが効いた無化調スープは、なかなか美味しく、中細ストレート麺もスープに合ってる感じで、煮玉子･豚肩ロースとバラのチャーシュー他具材もいい塩梅で、かなり好みの味わいの一杯でした
こちらのブラックラーメンも好きなのですが、今回食べた煮干しも良く、次回以降来る際に何を食べようかかなり悩みそうですね
