2024年4月 北陸食べ歩き
富山県富山市 ラーメン一心
一軒目で充分に富山の夕餉を満喫したはずだったが
敢えてアレを食べる隙間を残しておいた。
そう、富山ブラックラーメン。
名前のとおり黒いラーメンスープが特徴の
ご当地名物である。
もちろん我が人生において
食べたことは無い。
一軒目で一緒だった面々と別れて単独行動。
伺ったのは富山駅に程近いラーメン一心さん。
到着した時刻は午後8時過ぎ。
数組の行列ができていたが想定内だった。
およそ10分弱待ってから入店。
さっそく券売機で購入したのは
一心ブラック煮玉子ラーメン。
カウンター席に腰を下ろしてから
待つこと5分ほどで着丼。
おおぉぉぉぅっ！確かにブラック。
というか濃い口醤油だわねこれ。
すぐさまレンゲを手に取りスープをひと啜り。
うん、想像どおりの強い塩味。
関東の醤油を少しだけ薄めたくらいの味。
麺は個人的に好きな中細麺だったので、
スープの塩味と麺のシコシコ食感を楽しめた。
チャーシューもしっかりとした厚みで満足。
煮玉子も美味しかった。
かつてガテン系労働者のためにできたという
富山ブラックラーメン。（諸説あり）
けれども小生の年齢だとやや塩味が強すぎだった。
だが、旅の良い思い出に。
駅から近いし、遅い時間までやってるので
出張や旅行のときにはオススメかと。
