肉欲が爆発しそうで、でも焼肉に行くにはちょっと
とモヤモヤ
謎思考でラーメンになりました。
そしたら、旨そうなチャーシューを発見。
華ラーメン しょうゆ みそ を注文。
ごはんが欲しかったけどガマン。
隣は、ガマン出来ずに餃子を注文。私も注文。
ラーメンは、続けて味わいたくなるような濃い味。
太麺かな中太麺かな よく絡んで旨かった。
チャーシューは、予想通り当たり。平切りされたのも。
ブロックのも ふわとろ。
味が濃いので、汁飲みすぎて最後は辛かった。
加減は私のミス。
餃子は、割と大きめ。野菜と餡がたっぷり。
肉、野菜のバランスが良いタイプの餡。
皮は、焼きはパリっ。フワな食感。
手作りかな？
エアコンが年季入ってるようで、扇風機が頑張ってました。
サウナほど暑くないですが、汗を気にされる方は注意。
夏メニューも気になりました。
