シルシルミシルで特集を見てから、
行ってみたいなぁと思っていたが、
やっと行ってきた。
いまいちシステムが分からなかったが、
店員のおすすめするセットを注文した。
知っている人も多いと思うが、
ここで少し一通り歩き方を説明。
まず、肉をしゃぶしゃぶするスープを２種類選択。
自分は、普通の昆布だしのスープと豆乳スープを選択。
つみれも５種類から１つ選択できるので、選択。
あと、しゃぶしゃぶしたお肉をたれに付けて食べるのだが、
２種類用意されている。
１つはフォアグラのごまだれと、もう１つは鬼ポンという
ポン酢に大根をすりおろしたものが入っている。
個人的には、鬼ポンのほうが、どの食材にも合っていて、
重用した。
最後にデザートも注文したのだが、これまたおいしかった。
最初に出てくるキャベツも病みつきになるくらいおいしく、
サイドメニューにも力を入れている感じがして、
好感が持てた。
